The Position

As a member of Vitra’s newly established “Center of Excellence – Processes, Data and Insights” you drive continuous of improvement of the O2C process. You will analyze and redesign O2C processes and respective governance, drive implementation and manage related projects.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage O2C optimization and digital transformation projects, in close collaboration with business functions, Vitra IT and external partners
  • Optimize O2C processes across functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Finance) and systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
  • Develop functional concepts, define new processes, with a strong focus on automation and improved customer experience and drive successful implementation
  • Develop business guidelines and policies
  • Coordinate internal project teams and external partners

 

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum five years professional experience in process consulting, sales management, distribution management, sales support or in a comparable environment
  • Extensive know-how of the order-to-cash- process (in particular sales processes, understanding of logistics, and related finance processes is a plus)
  • Experience with process optimization and process modeling (experience with Signavio is a plus)
  • At least three years of project management experience in an international environment
  • SAP experience in SD/MM module (FI module and S/4 HANA experience is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and E-Commerce solutions is a plus
  • Used to work with different businesses and IT stakeholders and external partners
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, driving results and solving problems with an agile mindset
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
