SAP Inhouse Consultant - Sales & Distribution (SD) f/m/d

Our common goal 

You will help shape and continuously improve Vitra's global Sales & Distribution processes within our modern SAP landscape. Working as part of our international SAP team in Prague, you will contribute to the development of future-ready Order-to-Cash solutions on SAP S/4HANA, collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics and IT stakeholders across the organization. This is an opportunity to actively influence how Sales processes are designed and operated at Vitra on a global scale. 

Your impact in the role 

• Take an active role in the continuous development of our global SAP Sales & Distribution landscape, with a focus on scalable and future-ready solutions 

• Analyze and optimize Order-to-Cash processes together with business stakeholders, applying fit-to-standard principles and driving harmonization across our global organization 

• Translate business requirements into effective SAP SD solutions while challenging complexity and promoting standardization where possible 

• Review existing custom developments and legacy solutions, identifying opportunities to simplify, consolidate or replace them with SAP standard capabilities 

• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our SAP platform, including advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP), Fiori and integrated Sales & Logistics solutions 

• Collaborate closely with adjacent SAP areas such as Logistics, Finance and Planning to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration in a remote setup 

• Ensure reliable SAP SD operations by providing expert support for complex functional issues and continuously improving existing solutions 

How you can convince 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, IT, Business Administration or comparable qualification 

• Proven professional experience in SAP SD, including deep knowledge of customizing and Order-to-Cash processes 

• Strong understanding of sales order management, pricing, delivery processing and billing. 

• Experience with SAP Billing Plans, including milestone billing, periodic billing and down payment processes, would be a strong advantage 

• Familiarity with SAP aATP, Fiori and ABAP would be an advantage 

• Good understanding of end-to-end Sales & Logistics processes and their integration with other SAP modules in an international business environment 

• Ideally, experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or global rollout projects 

• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured working approach 

• Skilled at gathering business requirements and confidently driving stakeholder discussions 

• Ability to build effective relationships with SAP-, Sales and Logistics stakeholders across diverse locations
• Fluent English communication skills, German is a plus
