SAP Inhouse Consultant Finance (FI) f/m/d

Our common goal 

You will help shape and continuously improve Vitra's global Finance processes within our modern SAP landscape. Working as part of our international SAP team in Prague, you will contribute to the development of future-ready Finance and Accounting solutions on SAP S/4HANA, collaborating closely with Finance, Accounting and IT stakeholders across the organization. This is an opportunity to actively influence how Finance processes are designed and operated at Vitra on a global scale. 

Your impact in the role 

• Take an active role in the continuous development of our global SAP Finance landscape, with a focus on scalable and future-ready solutions 

• Analyze and optimize Finance processes together with Finance & Accounting, applying fit-to-standard principles and driving harmonization across our global organization 

• Translate business requirements into effective SAP FI solutions while challenging complexity and promoting standardization where possible 

• Review existing custom developments and legacy solutions, identifying opportunities to simplify, consolidate or replace them with SAP standard capabilities 

• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our SAP platform, including SAP DRC and Fiori 

• Ensure reliable SAP FI operations by providing expert support for complex functional issues and continuously improving existing solutions 

How you can convince 

• Bachelor´s degree in Business Informatics, IT, Business Administration (Finance, Accounting) or comparable qualification 

• Proven professional experience in SAP FI including deep knowledge of customizing 

• Familiarity with SAP DRC, particularly e-Invoicing and e-Reporting, as well as SAP Fiori, would be a strong advantage 

• Good understanding of finance- and accounting processes within an international business environment 

• Ideally, exposure to S/4 Hana migration projects         

• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured working approach 

• Skilled at gathering business requirements, and confidently driving stakeholder discussions 

• Ability to build effective relationships with SAP-, Finance- and Accounting stakeholders across diverse locations 

• Fluent English communication skills, German is a plus
