IT Support/Service Desk Specialist f/m/d
Our common goal
In line with our ongoing digital transformation, we are expanding our IT Operations with an additional location in our central office in Prague. As an IT Support / Service Desk Specialist, you will strengthen our global IT Service Desk team. With your colleagues, you are responsible for providing IT support to users and managing IT devices and systems.
What you can expect
- You are a member of the international, dynamic, and innovative company environment.
- Responsiblity for technical/administrative troubleshooting of the accounts, systems, applications, devices, related equipment, of the end-users
- Support the users via ticket, phone and on site through incidents, problems and service requests (ServiceNow)
- Coordination and active participation in the communication via phone, emails, chats and ticketing tool (ServiceNow) with the end-users and your IT colleagues
- Managing access rights and ensure the proper licensing of the software products used and update operational and support documentation
How you can convince
- Completed vocational training in IT domain or similar work experience 2-3 years
- Good communication skills and service mentality in combination with technical understanding in a Microsoft 365 environment
- Ideally previous experience with ITIL processes
- Virtual collaboration skills with an open mindset regarding digital technologies
- You are used to working and communicating in English in speaking & writing
- German language skills are a plus
