In your role as Finance & Administration Manager for our sales organization in the Czech Republic, you act as a trusted business partner to the Market Leader CZ, contributing directly to the commercial success of our company. You support sales steering and margin management from a controlling perspective, ensuring profitable growth and financial transparency. By developing and executing planning and controlling processes in line with the strategic direction of the Sales Market, you help strengthen the financial foundation of the business. Your proactive mindset enables you to identify and address performance gaps, while your focus on structuring, optimizing, and executing finance processes ensures operational efficiency and compliance.
What you can expect
- Sparring partner to the Market Leader
- esponsible for financial, legal, and fiscal topics
- Manage month- and year-end closings
- Ensure efficiency and transparency across all processes
- Monitor key performance metrics
- Lead budgeting and forecasting process
- Oversee liquidity planning
- Liaise with external partners and authorities
- Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies
How you convince
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar finance or controlling role, ideally within an international environment.
- Strong analytical and methodological skills, with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work and a high affinity for process optimization.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP (SD, FI), and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (ideally Power BI or XLCubed) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness, with the ability to provide clear, fact-based guidance to support decision-making.
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
