The Position
We are looking for a hands on, proactive and dedicated marketing specialist to join our French Marketing Team, working closely with the Marketing Manager and the wider team in Belgium and Netherlands and our HQ in Switzerland to deliver our local marketing agenda.

 

Your Responsibilities
Marketing Communication & Support: 

  • Create and distribute content in the form of newsletters, social media content, Marketing & Communication campaigns for our Dealers and A&D Support
  • Coordinate and maintain relations with an external Press Office 
  • Collaborate and ensure communication at global and regional level within the marketing team (Region BeFraNeLux and HQ) 
  • Order and manage Marketing tools

Event Coordination: 

  • Plan and organize external events (for customer, A&D, Dealers, etc.) and internal events (for Vitra employees) 
  • Prepare international and national events

Showroom in Paris:

  • Welcome clients to our Vitra showroom and office
  • Help with Reception Tasks 

 

Your Qualifications

  • A hands-on, service minded, motivated team player with a positive attitude and friendly personality, responding well under pressure and with great time management
  • Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • This role will include interaction with the general public, clients, architects, designers, retailers, journalists etc. so we need a confident and professional communicator
  • Strong digital skills are needed (knowledge of Office 365, Sales Force, Marketing Cloud, Social studio are an asset)
  • Good knowledge of French and English. Notions of German and Dutch are an asset
  • An interest in design/culture and the Vitra brand
  • Some working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus (InDesign, PhotoShop)
  • Eagerness to learn and optimistic attitude and willingness to help and be a good host
