What you can expect

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our capabilities and solutions.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs/RFQs, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
  • Regularly attend industry events and exchanges to stay updated on market trends and build professional networks.
  • Manage sales and project margins and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Vitra teams in North America and Europe
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market feedback and target achievement for management.
  • Salary range of $160,000 – $200,000

 

How you can convince

  • 10+ years of experience in a comparable setting (in the interface between sales and product management)
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to translate these into strategic actions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of technical aspects related to airport projects.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements.
