Our common goal
As a member of our International Customer & Sales Support team at our headquarters in Switzerland, you will support and assist the Vitra Sales team as well as our customers and partners in an international environment from Madrid (100%).
Your Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders in SAP for new products and spare parts
- Monitoring customer orders and shipment schedules
- Coordinating production and delivery dates with production planning
- Organizing transport in cooperation with freight forwarders
- Handling technical clarifications between the customer and production
- Assessing feasibility and calculating prices for custom-made product requests
- Preparing feasibility assessments for customer fabric requests
- Invoicing as well as issuing credit and debit notes
- Communicating with partners and customers
- Handling complaints and managing returns
Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable Sales Support role
- Strong customer orientation
- Solid technical know-how
- Knowledge of freight forwarding is an advantage
- SAP user knowledge is desirable
- Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented working style
- Very good command of Spanish and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
- Initiative, assertiveness, and flexibility
