The position 
The Omnichannel Manager is in charge of the national marketing plan for Spain and Portugal which includes the adaptation of the international marketing plan (campaigns & launches) and the creation and execution of national initiatives to support the national sales organization. This role reports directly to the Head of Market Iberia. 

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Create and deliver a regional marketing strategy within a set budget to communicate the key campaigns to these specific areas of the market 
  • Working with the regional sales team to determine the key relevant products / routes to market / target audiences 
  • Create and deliver national digital roadmap for different target groups and segments 
  • Compile and distribute regular newsletters 
  • Create a regional social media strategy for the market 
  • Set up local media strategy including print and digital advertising
  • Execute the planning and delivery of national events, both showroom- and dealer-based and external i.e. product launches, exhibitions, product placements and opportune collaborations 
  • Explore and execute the strategy for regional digital business based on our exclusive dealer set up. Define strategy to enhance new digital dealers 
  • Execute strategy from a commercial perspective to increase the regional online business throughout the dealer network system
  • Coordinate PR agencies on marketing and communication topics (products, events, campaigns, fairs etc.) for Spain and Portugal and define the annual local PR plan 

 

Your qualification 

  • Studies in the field of or with focus on Marketing, PR, Media/Communication, Digital Media or related fields of study
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably from the design/interior industry or a brand in the premium segment
  • A strong market knowledge in both countries is required for this position
  • Strong communication skills, well connected in the industry 
  • Service minded team player with a positive attitude and an appreciation of premium quality, aesthetics and design
  • Agile personality, who can adapt to different characters and personalities
  • Ability to talk about architecture and design on eye level
  • Motivated, self-disciplined and pushed by the willingness to build a close collaboration with the sales teams
  • Proficiency in English is required. Additionally, Portuguese will be highly appreciated. 
  • Proficiency in IT tools with a strong digital mindset. Experience from working with Salesforce/Marketing Cloud and Social Media tools would be an advantage
