Our common goal

You will help shape and maintain Vitra’s digital presence by ensuring that website content, product information and digital assets are accurate, consistent and user-focused. Working closely with marketing, design and development teams, you will contribute to an engaging digital experience that supports product launches, customer journeys and continuous website improvement.

 

What you can expect

  • Manage and maintain website content, digital assets and page structures through the CMS and Vitra’s asset management platform
  • Collaborate with marketing, design and other stakeholders to plan, create and publish digital content
  • Support the development of content concepts, page layouts and website structures aligned with user needs
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows to improve the digital customer experience
  • Define and optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints
  • Monitor usability performance, prepare insights and reports, and recommend improvements
  • Identify UX challenges and implement measures to improve user flows, navigation and calls-to-action
  • Communicate concepts, design ideas and prototypes effectively to development teams and colleagues

 

How you can convince

  • BS/MS Degree in Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Communication Design or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and digital asset management systems
  • Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, as well as tools such as Figma or Sketch
  • Good understanding of HTML/CSS; knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage
  • Experience in UX/UI design principles, usability testing and information architecture
  • Project management and research experience
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
