Position
We are looking for a passionate and design minded Client Services Specialist to join our team. As a Client Services Specialist you will support our sales team by administrating their business from quoting to order placement, delivery supervision and after sales. The position works hand in hand with high end clientele primarily in the workplace and commercial sector. The ideal candidate has a design background and is detail oriented. Success in this role can lead to project management or sales roles at Vitra. The position is based in Los Angeles.


Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly consultative service through an understanding of Vitra and Artek products, designers and internal processes
  • Support sales team on product presentations, quotes, shipping estimates, renderings and floorplans 
  • Interface with marketing team on client requests for proposals 
  • Build relationships with clientele, from dealers to specifiers, and provide a superior customer experience
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to time management and organization specifically in the management of client inquiries, service requests and complaints
  • Partner with Client Services team lead to identify, escalate and resolve incidents 
  • Demonstrate a team player spirit and a positive, collaborative approach to problem solving and business development

 

Qualifications

  • Strong customer focus and experience working in a customer-facing / customer service role 
  • Outstanding communication and mediation skills
  • Efficient time management skills with proven ability to prioritize and complete several projects at a time 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office and 365 suite 
  • Experience with the ERP software SAP R3 and the CRM software Salesforce
  • Design experience and/or education is a plus 
  • Experience with CAD design, Photoshop, and rendering software is a plus
  • Appreciation for design and quality
