Our common goal 

For our Sales Department in our office in Diegem we are looking for a multi-talented Sales Representative in order to develop and maintain client relationships. The aim is to create new business opportunities and convert them into sales. In this role you would be responsible to achieve different KPI’s and also contribute to the wider commercial approach and development of the brand. This role encourages active collaboration within the our Sales team and offers the opportunity to become part of an established sales organisation.

 

What you can expect

  • Act as an ambassador for Vitra in the markets Belgium and Luxembourg

  • Develop new business and new clients to expand sales

  • Build relationships within the A&D community

  • Ability to sell premium products and concepts

  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

  • Negotiating with stakeholders (internally & externally) 

  • Attend and network at industry events

  • Track, forecast and report on activities and sales using the CRM system

  • Following industry trends locally and internationally

  • Partner with marketing and sales support functions on customer facing initiatives to increase lead generation and drive sales

 

How you can convince

  • Bachelor degree or 5  years working experience in sales in a comparable industry

  • Excellence in all aspects of a sale from prospection to negotiation and closing

  • Authentic and outgoing personality

  • Very good communication skills

  • Solution-driven approach

  • Good knowledge of Dutch,  English and French is mandatory

  • Affinity for design and architecture and a good sense for quality and aesthetics.

  • Thrive in a highly collaborative and team-oriented sales organization

  • Self-motivated with a desire to grow business 

  • Proficient in creating offers and utilizing CRM system and other relevant digital tools
