The position

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to further develop the digital B2B strategy for Vitra's office & public segment. You will be responsible for implementing the global customer acquisition and retention strategy and for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's digital editorial plan in order to increase brand awareness and sales through lead generation, lead nurturing and other marketing initiatives.



Your responsibilities

In this new position, you will define and execute the digital B2B marketing plan and:


  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to understand the Vitra customer journey and leverage insights to unlock new growth and retention opportunities and cross them with Vitra’s overall strategy
  • Define metrics, objectives and key performance indicators for each initiative to guide, prioritise and measure the success of CRM initiatives
  • Test, adapt and improve campaigns to optimise business outcomes

Further tasks include

  • Train and oversee Vitra’s markets to help them excel in local digital journeys and content creation initiatives
  • Work with designers, copywriters and photographers to ensure content is relevant and appealing
  • Exchange with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Stay up to date with latest digital best practices and technologies

Your qualification

  • Deep understanding of the art and science of digital marketing – with the ability to analyse and understand larger data sets and an eye for visual design (layout, colour, typography)
  • Dedication to designing efficient customer journeys with relevant digital and physical touchpoints
  • Proven track record in successfully driving innovative and creative B2B customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation campaigns
  • At least 3 years of experience with customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder) and Salesforce’s Sales Cloud, social media marketing, display advertising and search engine marketing
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. Additional language skills in German, French or Spanish would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication, active listening and organization skills
  • Dedicated, motivated with the will to implement structural changes. Sees the bigger picture
  • Collaborates effectively with internal departments and external partners and is able to influence without direct oversight
