E-Commerce IT Product Owner f/m/d
Our common goal
We are seeking an experienced IT Product Owner to plan and coordinate IT projects within our e-commerce environment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of e-commerce applications and business processes.
Waht you can expect
- Administration and further develop our system landscape, including Commercetools and Shopify as e-commerce platforms, and Kubernetes services in AWS for implementing our own services
- Development of the product vision, roadmap and backlog in collaboration with business units
- Documentation and collection of user stories, technical and functional requirements and create detailed product and requirement specifications
- Steering the technical implementation through agile software development with internal and external developers
- Planning and executing the go-live of applications and services, including testing
- Serving as the interface between IT and business departments
- Providing service management by analyzing, classifying, and processing problems, changes, and incidents
How you can convince
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce applications and related business processes in ERP & CRM, as well as digital marketing
- Familiarity with web development, APIs, and integration processes
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
- Proven experience in requirements definition and software conception
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a systematic approach
- Ability to work independently and with foresight
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
