Our common goal

With the Senior Sales Manager the aim is to create new business opportunities and convert them into sales, contributing to a wider commercial approach and the further development of the brand.

This role encourages active collaboration within the Dutch Sales Team and offers opportunity to become part of an established sales organization.

 

What you can expect

  • You are acting as brand ambassador for Vitra within the Dutch market
  • You develop new business and generate new end clients to expand sales
  • You manage real estate and regional key accounts
  • You are negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
  • You attend and network at industry events and follow industry trends
  • Using the CRM system Salesforce, you are tracking, forecasting and reporting on activities and prospects
  • You are partnering with marketing and sales support functions on customer facing initiatives to increase lead generation and drive sales

 

How you convince us

  • You have minimal 5 years of working experience in a comparable industry
  • You are able to sell premium products and Office concepts
  • You excel in all aspects of the sales process, from prospection to negotiation and closing with a strong drive for results
  • You have a good knowledge of the Real Estate network as well as experience managing national or regional Key Accounts with the ability to establish lasting relationships
  • You have a strong, authentic sales personality with good communication skills
  • You thrive in a highly collaborative and team-oriented sales organization
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English
