Our common goal

For our Sales Department in our office in Amsterdam we are looking for an experienced multi-talented Key Account Manager in order to develop and manage key accounts, real estate actors and architects. The aim is to create new business opportunities and convert them into sales. In this role you would be responsible to achieve a sales target and also contribute to the wider commercial approach and development of the brand. This role encourages active collaboration within the Dutch Sales team and offers the opportunity to become part of an established sales organisation.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international key accounts, real estate professionals, and architects.
  • Sales Expertise: Sell premium products and office concepts.
  • Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends locally and internationally.
  • Networking: Attend and network at industry events to expand your professional connections.
  • Contract Management: Draft and review contracts and discount agreements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales support to drive lead generation and sales initiatives.

 

How you can convince

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellence in all aspects of a sale from prospection to negotiation and closing
  • Experience in managing Key accounts and International Key accounts
  • Strong, authentic sales personality with relevant experience in omnichannel sales
  • Good knowledge of the Real Estate network
  • Very good communication skills and a solution-driven approach
  • Good knowledge of English and Dutch is mandatory
